Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Consultant in Marketing &
ICP Reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve marketing materials and incentive compensation
plans (ICP) from a regulatory perspective
Provide guidance and support to ensure adherence to related laws,
regulations, and bank policies
Identify, measure, and escalate compliance risk issues and
collaborate with business units to develop action plans
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
6 years' experience in compliance, legal, audit, or relevant
function, or a combined minimum of 10 years of higher education
and/or work experience
Working knowledge of marketing-related banking laws, regulations,
and industry guidance
Familiarity with fair lending laws, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act,
and other relevant regulations
Understanding of governance, core banking, and enterprise laws and
rules
