Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for the service, repair, and preventative maintenance of the bottling department at a leading vineyard. This role demands strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with mechanical equipment, such as conveyors, bottlers, and labelers. As the facility advances towards more automation, familiarity with robotic systems is advantageous. Responsibilities Perform service, repair, and preventative maintenance on bottling and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical equipment, including conveyors, bottlers, and labelers. Work with robotic systems on the production line. Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and conveyor lines. Engage in maintenance and repair of pneumatic systems. Conduct welding and fabrication as needed for machinery breakdowns. Essential Skills 5-6 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a food and beverage production/manufacturing facility. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and conveyor systems. 5 years of welding/fabrication experience, including spot welding. Must provide own tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in bottling and/or bagging/packaging processes. Familiarity with pneumatic systems. Knowledge of automation and robotics. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MANTECA, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
