At GenesisCare we want to hear from people who are as passionate as we are about innovation and working together to drive better life outcomes for patients around the world.Role SummaryThe primary role of the Physician Relations Manager is to develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted referral sources through consistent, strategic field call strategies. The objective of the position is to drive and sustain incremental volume in service lines and services in alignment with GenesisCare' s growth strategies and business plans. The Account Executive will provide on the ground support towards the achievement of maximum growth in line with the company's vision and values for business unit initiatives. This individual positively represents GenesisCare, its affiliated centers, clinical service lines and medical team to referral sources with the intent to develop and strengthen organization system/physician/referral source relationships that contribute to GenesisCare' s reputation and market position. This individual will work collaboratively with Operational Leadership to drive results. Field activities will account for 75% of the position sales planning will account for 15% and internal interface and coordination will account for 10%Your Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain contact - using a mix of communication tools - with key referral sources identified through a data-driven targeting process to increase volumes across tumor streams that align with divisional goals
  • Conduct scheduled face-to-face meetings with targeted referral sources to uncover needs then deliver relevant and useful information specific to each contact - ultimately building a trusting and reliable relationship with that referring source.
  • Advance each relationship using customized relationship sales strategies to the point of asking for new or additional referral opportunities
  • Arrange and facilitate introductions of new GenesisCare providers to targeted referral prospects to reinforce clinical expertise
  • Arrange introductions of Genesis Care's clinical services, access points and specialists to new providers moving into the service area
  • Facilitate attendance at educational programs and other opportunities/events to connect GenesisCare providers with the assigned physicians
  • Document each provider encounter including any open requests or needs and the follow-up plan in a database tool that tracks activities, progress, trends and outcomes
  • Identify growth strategy risks and issues, managing and escalating where appropriate
  • Responsible for monitoring, and communicating progress against milestones and KPI deliverables in a timely manner
  • Collaborate on overall companywide growth tactics and strategic framework and plans to secure new referrals
  • Continuously adapt strategies and plans to ensure optimal outcomes and "win-win" results for physicians and encourage and support internal efforts to create a provider-centric culture
  • Develop communication and communication strategies to effectively engage stakeholders as and when appropriate
  • Measure outcomes to enable identification of effective delivery
  • Communicate trends in service, communications and operations barriers expressed by referral sources that affect ability to develop relationships with referral sources and negatively impact ability to grow Genesis Care's image and its referralsQualifications
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; Master's degree in Health Administration, Business, or Economics preferred.
    • 2-4 years of progressive physician engagement/relations preferred.
    • Ability to translate business objectives into marketing strategies using data-driven insights and recommendations with strong capability in business case building to help support and champion desired marketing investments.
    • Ability to develop strategic and tactical initiatives in response to market conditions.
    • Clinical experience a plus
