We're an authorized, independently owned Ricoh dealer headquartered in Fresno with offices in Bakersfield and Modesto/Salida. We provide businesses and organizations with Multi-Function Printer/Copiers, Production Printers, and Document/Print Software and Services that enhance customer productivity and business efficiencies. Our customers range from small businesses to large corporations. We've been in business for 39 years, we're financially strong and we're growing. -The Sales Manager will report directly to the President/Owner and will be tasked with building and managing a team of 5-6 Sales Reps in the Stockton/Modesto/Merced Branch. -Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, Interviewing, Training and Managing Outbound Sales Reps
  • Working with our Marketing Specialist to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Managing Sales Rep Activity and KPI achievement through SalesForce
  • Working with Service and Admin Managers for planning and efficiencies
  • Field Coaching Sales Reps on appointments
  • Helping the Sales Team meet Monthly Quotas
    Qualifications:Successful experience as Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader or Major Account Sales in the Office Technology industry.
