Job Description:

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to be the Director, Cath Lab/IR at a 400+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• 
  
• overseeing Cath Lab and IR,
  
• leading and motivating staff to develop their expertise, knowledge, and skills,
  
• directing and evaluating patient care activities to improve throughout; and
  
• collaborating and coordinating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Education: BSN required; Master's degree preferred
    
  • Experience: 12+ years in a nursing professional discipline with solid understanding of patient care and acute care operations;12+ years progressive clinical/healthcare management/leadership experience, preferably in a comparable size acute care facility in respective
    
  • License: California RN license
    
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS required, any pertinent certifications
    
  • Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite experience required
    
    All expenses are covered while on assignment including housing, airfare, transportation, meal allowance and trips home during the assignment.
