Description
- Oversee and manage the team in completing federal and state income taxes for various entities.
- Ensure compliance with timelines, extensions, and client reviews.
-Maintain strong, current knowledge of tax law and investment strategies for high-net-worth clients.
-Build and maintain client relationships, offering expert planning and consulting.
-Manage tax planning programs, review complex returns, and identify tax risks.
- Improve processes by implementing best practices.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network internally and externally.

REquirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tax management, fiduciary tax issues, compliance and financial/estate preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
