Job Description:

The Operating Room RN is responsible for aiding surgeons in the OR. OR RNs will prep the operating room and the patient for the procedure and make certain that all medical equipment is safe and working properly.Responsibilities:OR Registered Nurse responsibilities include:

Evaluating the well being of the patient before, during and after the operation.
Predict what the surgeons need and give instruments and supplies to them during operations.
Preserving and logging any items needed for lab examinations.

Requirements

One year of experience as an Operating Room Nurse within the past two years.
- Active Nursing License in good standing.
- Current Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
