This facility is seeking an Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 am-6:30 pm, Saturday 8 am-5 pm.
- Job Setting: Clinic.
- Types of Cases: Routine Eye Exams, Contact Lens Fittings, Eye Urgencies, and Emergencies.
- Credentialing Timeframe:45-60 days.
- Licensure: Active state license required.
- Certifications: Board Certification is required.
