Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Intervention
Pharmacist-Medicare Part D Stars.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted member and/or provider clinical interventions to
ensure appropriate and cost-effective member drug therapy
Develop strategies to engage members and/or providers and drive
improvements in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy quality
measures
Review drug/medical literature, clinical practice guidelines,
quality measures, and national guidelines to support drug therapy
interventions
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy with relevant
experience
3 years of pharmacy practice experience in a managed care pharmacy
setting
2 years of medication therapy management, quality, or similar
managed care pharmacy experience
Current unrestricted license from the Ohio State Board of
Pharmacy
Comprehensive understanding of managed care pharmacy, drug
utilization management, population health, and quality programs
