Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and provide individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California.
  • Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a critical care or medical-surgical unit.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
