Description/n American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for a Labor
& Delivery position requiring California licensure and recent acute
care experience. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in a hospital
Labor & Delivery unit - Care for laboring mothers, including
high-risk obstetric cases - 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to
7:30 AM - 13-week contract assignment - Uses EPIC EMR system -
Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to obstetric
patients during labor and delivery - Experience with high-risk
pregnancy and acute L&D scenarios preferred - Dress code
incorporates specific scrub requirements - Internal policy dictates
a maximum duration of two years on assignment without a 90-day
break - Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
/n /n Requirements/n - Active CA RN license required at time of
consideration - Minimum 1 year recent full-time Labor & Delivery
experience within the last 3 years - Graduate of an accredited
nursing program - Current BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation
Program (NRP) certifications - High-risk OB and recent L&D
experience within the last 2 years preferred - Bachelor’s degree in
nursing or a related field preferred - Last 4 digits of SSN and
