Job Description:
Gould Medical Group is looking for a BE/BC Trauma and Acute Care
Medical Director in Modesto, CA. Gould Medical Group is a growing,
525 clinician multi-specialty group located about two hours east of
San Francisco, California. Our communities offer quick access to
the bay area as well as other hot spots such as Napa Valley,
Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe. Position Details: - Starting base salary:
$538,111 - 0.5 FTE medical director and 0.5 FTE clinical -
Preferred experience with building and managing trauma program with
acute care surgery component. - Medical director will lead a team
consisting of trauma surgeons and APCs - Critical care fellowship
preferred - RVU bonus potential based on productivity - Sign-on
bonus - Hospital: Memorial Medical Center, 423-bed, Level 2 trauma
- Completion of one ATLS course is required - Shift requirement: 91
12-hour trauma surgery shifts (Possibility of back-to-back shifts)
- EHR: Epic - Stable and growing group Standard Benefits: - Annual
