Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking a dedicated Residency Core Faculty member to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals in areas crucial to patient care including emergency medicine, hospital medicine, and critical care. As a core faculty member, you will be instrumental in developing curriculum, teaching, and guiding residents towards excellence in clinical practice. Develop and implement educational programs for residents in line with ACGME accreditation standards. Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentoring to residents in both clinical and academic settings. Evaluate resident performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure competencies and educational goals are met. Contribute to the scholarly activities of the department including, but not limited to, research, quality improvement projects, and publications. Participate in the recruitment, selection, and promotion of residents. Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve program effectiveness and enhance resident learning experience. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all educational and clinical practices. Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to develop and implement effective medical education programs Robust understanding of hospital and clinical settings Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine) Current medical license ACGME Faculty Development Course completion preferred
