Job Description:
Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician, (BC/BE) in Internal
Medicine for a contract role in Chowchilla, CA. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, and acute
health care to adult patients. Conducts histories and physical
examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments
based on best practice standards. Develops treatment plans in
collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues
as needed. Evaluates the effectiveness of medical care and monitors
progress of patients. Maintains medical records. REQUIREMENTS:
BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider (MD/DO) 2 years
minimum experience Valid CA License Current DEA Certificate HOURS:
40 hours - 5, 8 hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts. Patient Load 8-12
Adults Pay 225.00 hourly
