Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist is needed to provide in-person support at a
K-12 school located in Santa Clara, CA. This short-term contract
position will cover for a District OT who will be on medical leave
for approximately 9 weeks starting in late January or early
February. The role requires a dedicated professional to deliver
occupational therapy services directly on-site, ensuring continuity
of care for students during this temporary period. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver individualized occupational therapy
services to students in a K-12 school setting. Collaborate with
educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement
tailored intervention plans. Conduct assessments and provide
progress reports in compliance with school policies. Support
students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and
functional life skills. Maintain thorough documentation and
communication regarding student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapist
licensure and credentials. Experience working with school-aged
children, preferably K-12. Strong understanding of school-based
occupational therapy practices and guidelines. Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced educational environment. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Location: On-site position
