Job Description LVN Full Time - Fresno Schedule: Monday - Friday
3PM – 11PM Pay: $28/Hr Hands on training is provided and MUST have
LVN license in order to apply Maxim Healthcare in Fresno, CA is
hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an adult
patient dependent on G-Tube, Trach, and Ventilator.
Responsibilities: - Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care. - On each assignment,
provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with
prescribed orders - Assess signs and symptoms indicating
physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. -
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health
care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing

Qualifications: - Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in
