Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week travel contract serving patients across San Francisco and surrounding communities. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Home health setting serving patients across San Francisco, Brisbane, Daly City, Colma, South SF, Pacifica, Millbrae, Hillsborough, Burlingame, and neighboring cities - Day shift hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with schedule flexibility based on patient availability - 40-hour work week - Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients under medically prescribed physical therapy programs, with a focus on restoring function and maximizing patient performance - Performs initial admission and evaluation visits, including OASIS score documentation within established timelines - May supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as part of the care team - Documents clinical findings, skilled interventions, goals, and discharge plans in accordance with home health standards - Reports OASIS scores to assigned Clinical Team Manager within required timelines /n /n Requirements/n - Minimum 1 year of home health PT experience required - Current, active state PT license required - Current BLS/BCLS certification required - License required if applicable /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-677587.
