The current PM&R team includes two attending physiatrists, and the role involves no outpatient clinic duties, allowing for a focused inpatient practice. About the Facility Location Roscoe was a small town in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, California, that existed from roughly 1896 to 1948 before officially changing its name to Sun Valley.
