$500040.00 A physician-led multispecialty medical group in
California is recruiting a full-time, BE/BC Hematology/Oncology
physician for a Fresno practice. Step into an outpatient-forward
role that pairs a manageable daily clinic volume with
time-protected consults, robust advanced practice provider support,
and seamless care through the Epic EMR. You can expect a hybrid
schedule shaped around patient needs and physician preference, with
telehealth thoughtfully embedded into templates. Opportunity
Highlights · Hybrid schedule with telehealth based on patient needs
and physician preference · Predictable 1:5 call, Friday 5PM to
Friday 5PM; overnight/weekend call-ins are rare and mostly
telephone-based. · Multidisciplinary team: medical oncologists,
advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, oncology RNs, triage
nurse, social worker, dietitian, pharmacists, operations
coordinator, and clinical trials nurse. · Commission on
Cancer–accredited program; peer mentor program supports newly
diagnosed patients. · Infusion center with 13 chairs (Mon–Sat) in a
clinic connected to the hospital for streamlined workflows. ·
On-site participation in national clinical trials · Career track
with annual salary increases, partnership bonus potential, and
comprehensive retirement (pension 6% employer 401(k) contribution).
· Sign-on forgivable loan up to $220,000, annual quality bonus;
