Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay
Rate: $60.00 - $64.00/Hourly. Summary: The Echo Technologist
performs diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures to evaluate heart
structure and function. This role is responsible for producing
high-quality echocardiographic images, ensuring patient safety and
comfort, and assisting physicians in diagnosing cardiovascular
conditions. Responsibilities: Perform transthoracic echocardiograms
(TTE), stress echocardiograms, and assist with transesophageal
echocardiograms (TEE). Acquire and optimize 2D, M-mode, Doppler,
and color flow imaging. Evaluate cardiac chambers, valves, wall
motion, and overall cardiac function. Prepare patients for
procedures and explain testing processes. Monitor patient condition
during stress testing and notify physician of abnormalities.
Requirements Requirements: 2 - Year experience Required, BLS
Certification, RDCS or ARDMS, Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) required.
