Job Description:

An educational services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Educational Services Voyager Sopris Learning Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Collaborating with district leaders to develop comprehensive implementation plans
Scheduling and facilitating progress meetings at the cadence agreed upon by stakeholders
Coordinating scheduling of pre-training meetings with assigned facilitators as needed
Required Skills:

At least three years of teaching experience
At least two years of experience in a K-12 administrative or leadership position
Ability to understand the vision and complexity of the business, the implications on department operations, processes/budget/spending
Proficiency using Microsoft suite of products, learning management systems, and virtual conferencing platforms
Anility to manage multiple projects concurrently in various stages of completion
Unwavering commitment to excellence and to the company mission
