Job Description:
Recruiter - TemporaryThe Temporary Field Recruiter supports the
organization in a high-volume recruiting environment through
successful development of staffing plan and recruiting for
positions within the store business units by using a variety of
methods to meet organization's strategic goals. This position
reports on a series of metrics established to detail the successes
and gaps in recruitment, utilizing various software applications
for recruitment, tracking and trending.The Recruiter will develop
various strategies and actions to ensure recruitment efforts
achieve "best-in-class" levels of recruitment. Key Responsibilities
and Accountabilities: ---Develop strategic recruiting plan ---Build
effective working relationships with key stakeholders to determine
recruiting needs ---Candidate sourcing and community outreach:
Evaluate and establish relationships with area employment agencies,
colleges, high schools, and community associations ---Train Store
Management on legal and effective interview methods, navigating the
Applicant Tracking System, resolving issues, to ensure timely and
accurate creation of requisitions ---Create posting and advertising
for recruiting needs ---Perform Full-cycle recruiting in accordance
with the organization's strategic recruiting plan ---Network with
top talent and develop a talent pool for future openings ---Ensure
prompt and personal communication with candidates and hiring
managers ---Support and coach Store Management on the recruiting
process, requirements, and best practices in accordance with all
relevant laws and regulations ---Act as point of contact for all
assigned store business unit positions ---Conduct and attend job
fairs, open interviews, and special events to extend outreach to
potential applicants ---Review applications, and conduct initial
telephone or in-person screenings for entry level store positions
and update candidates' status on the ATS ---Initiate the Onboarding
process and troubleshoots all questions from new hires and hiring
managers ---Monitor pre-employment compliance ensuring candidates
complete required tasks ---Partner with Manager, Store Talent
Acquisition and Analytics to continually enhance recruiting
strategies ---Perform other duties as assignedRequirements
(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):---Must be at least 18 years of
age---Excellent guest service and communication (verbal and
written) skills ---Ability to work with a sense of urgency and
self-motivation ---Capability to be proactive, initiative,
enthusiastic, and flexible on the jobOther: Must be available to
work a variety of required retail hoursPhysical:Requires standing
and other physical movements on a frequent basis; requires lifting
up to 40 lbs. without assistance
