job summary:Fast growing fashion apparel design firm is looking for an HR Manager. Reports to the President managing all HR functions. On-site role in San Francisco with free parking.

  Responsibilities:
  
  
• Keep abreast of all employment law issues (Federal, State, and Local). Keep posters up to date.
  
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  
• Thorough understanding of company's personnel and payroll policies.
  
• Manage Retirement Saving Plan.
  
• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, with a focus on safety and quality control in manufacturing.
  
• Oversee salary structures, bonuses, and benefits packages, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  
• Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to safety and health. Set clear performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  
• Implement and maintain workplace safety procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 10+ years of related experience
    
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
    
  • Experience with payroll process is a plus
    
    Additional Information:
