innovation, is seeking a highly skilled Expert Data Scientist
specialized in Conversational AI to join our dynamic IT team
headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas. This role focuses on
leveraging big data and advanced artificial intelligence techniques
to enhance and revolutionize the way customers interact with our
services through intelligent conversational agents. As part of our
AI-driven initiatives, the successful candidate will engineer
sophisticated algorithms and models that power our chatbots and
voice-assisted services, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer
experience. Design and implement machine learning models for
natural language understanding and generation. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into Walmart’s
platforms effectively. Conduct ongoing testing and optimization of
models to achieve superior dialogue management. Stay abreast of
industry trends and advancements in AI to continually bring
innovation to our applications. Utilize large datasets to refine
algorithms and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of
conversational agents. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and other
AI/ML frameworks. Strong understanding of NLP and machine learning
algorithms. Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or
Google Cloud Platform. Ability to work with large-scale datasets
and real-time systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical
