the Quality Supervisor, you will establish, implement and maintain
the processes for the Quality Management System (QMS). We’ll give

disability and more. What you’ll do on a typical day: As a
Warehouse Quality Assurance Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of
our commitment to excellence. Every shift, you’ll lead by
example—ensuring our team delivers safe, accurate, and high-quality
results that keep our customers coming back. Guide and motivate
your team to meet (and exceed) quality standards in every process,
from inbound to outbound. Inspect products and processes, quickly
identifying issues and driving real-time solutions that prevent
errors before they reach our customers. Use data and feedback to
spot trends, coach team members, and celebrate wins—turning
everyday challenges into opportunities for improvement. Champion
safety and compliance, making sure every team member goes home as
healthy as they arrived. Collaborate with operations, inventory,
and leadership teams to streamline workflows and remove obstacles.
Train and develop team members, helping them build skills and pride
in their work. What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum,
you’ll need: 2 years of relevant work experience Experience with
Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment Availability to
work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned
overtime, which may include weekends It’d be great if you also
have: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field 2 years of
managerial/supervisory experience Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience in an ISO9100 or ISO environment Warehousing or
Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience Experience with Warehouse
Management Systems (WMS); material handling equipment and storage
medium, distribution and inventory management; ERP systems, LEAN
warehousing, ISO, QMS and meeting facilitation Knowledge of OSHA,
Environmental Health and Safety, and Material Safety Data Sheets
regulations and compliance Ability to generate quality metrics and
reports This job requires the ability to: Lift objects of various
shapes, sizes and weights Stand, sit or walk for extended periods
of time Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull,
twist, squat and kneel Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
