Job Description Pride Health is hiring a Order Filler/Assembly Clerk to support our client’s medical facility in Greenfield, IN . This is a 3 month contract with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Title: Phlebotomist I Location: Greenfield, IN 46140 Pay Rate: $17/hr. on W2. Duration: 3 Months Shift: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm and occasional Saturday *Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications. Job Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders accurately and safely Prepare products for shipment, including breaking down bulk items into smaller packages Maintain a clean and organized work area; restock products as needed Rotate inventory by receipt and expiration dates (FIFO) Identify short-dated materials (less than 90 days of shelf life) and report to Warehouse Manager Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Support process improvements by sharing ideas with Warehouse Manager Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Required Competencies Strong attention to detail and quality of work Self-motivated with good initiative Organized with good time management skills Basic problem-solving and sound judgment Team-oriented with a cooperative attitude Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Commitment to workplace safety Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to build positive working relationships with supervisors and coworkers Required Skills Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment, including: Hand carts Pallet jacks Flatbeds Packing tape guns Basic computer skills Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment Education & Experience 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred (not required) Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
