The Lead Retail Fresh Merchandiser is accountable for managing
the successful design and implementation of setups and major resets
to support Account Management and Sales Operations objectives. As
with all positions at KeHE we expect that all actions will be

Coordinate and execute store setups and major resets
Prepare and communicate activity schedules on a timely
Work with company and customer teams to develop and communicate
planograms and other store set design documents.
Implement and validate store rotation schedules for the region
working directly with Category Management and Sales.
Implement and validate the Model Store program for Fresh.
Maintain expenses to budget.
Direct the activities of Merchandisers. Coach, counsel, train,
and evaluate job performance of subordinates in meeting their
assigned objectives and develop their skills.
Recommend and implement changes in staffing requirements and
assist in the selection process to effect such changes.
Administer appropriate company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills,
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum five (5) years' experience in perimeter merchandising
specific to cheese; including both independent and chain
Working knowledge of and literacy in computer software,
including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and
category management applications and planograms.
Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some
Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and
in writing, with people at all organizational levels.
Proficient in time management and delegation skills.
Prepare weekly results reports for retailers.
Increase sales by way of proper merchandising and cross
