Job Description:
AR/Collections Accounting Assistant Temp to Hire Opportunity We
have an immediate opening with one of our clients in need of an
AR/Collections Accounting Assistant. The AR/Collections Accounting
Assistant is responsible for managing accounts receivable from
posting payments through the collections process. Job duties
include but are not limited to: * Post deposits into system * Scan
checks for bank deposits * Prepare and send statements to
delinquent accounts * Assist with sending delinquent client
accounts to collections and prepare documents for small claims as
needed * Monitor delinquent accounts to ensure timely response and
deadline compliance. * Monitor in-house payment plans * Maintain
current filing of documents to assure quick and accurate access.
Job Requirements:Requirements:* 1+ years of AR/Collections
experience* Computer proficiency
