OPERATIONS CLERK - BOTTLING--Pay: $15-$17Location: Modesto, CASchedule:----Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, will need to be flexible with hours to provide coverage as needed(come in early or stay late).Start Date: ASAPJob description:

• Produces various production reports and completes various administrative projects.
• Compile, copy, scan, file documents and timekeeping forms.
• Ensures data integrity is checked and controlled over time.
• Maintains office equipment and supplies.
• Answers phones and receives and directs visitors.
• Assists union work force with questions related to pay, timekeeping, and other various Bottling processes.
• Posts company and department notices to designated areas
• Participates in the daily and weekly time and attendance payroll process for the union work force.
• Participates in employee leave tracking for the union work force.
• Participates with coordinating and executing department meetings and events.
• Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.Minimum requirements:
  • High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate--
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel at a basic level.
