  Position Summary:
  Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services/RN Shift Manager/Operations Coordinator/Designee the RNFA is responsible for assisting the primary surgeon in the pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative period. Care is provided to pediatric through geriatric patient populations; acts in the absence of a qualified physician.
  Position Qualifications:
  Minimum Education: Graduate of a RNFA program accredited by the Certified Board of Peri-operative Nursing
  License/Certificates/Credentials:
  
  • 
    
  • Current: CA RN license; ACLS, PALS and CNOR certification.
    
  • Certified Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) preferred.
    
  • TCAR required within 12 months of hire/transfer .
    
  • For current employees within the department, TCAR must be obtained by October 1, 2019.

        Pay Range: $80.56 - $119.68 hourly
