Learning Design Specialist IIIAt Boston Scientific, we are driven

solutions. As part of our Endoscopy Division, the Sales Training
team plays a crucial role in equipping our sales professionals with
the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.We are looking for a
creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Learning
Design Specialist III, an exciting opportunity to start or grow

impact.About the Role:As a Learning Design Specialist III, you will
be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning
materials that support our Endoscopy Sales Teams. This role
provides the opportunity to collaborate with subject matter
experts, apply instructional design principles, and build
experience with e-learning tools and multimedia content creation.At

partnering closely throughout the design process to ensure content
is accurate, relevant, and impactful. You will engage in meaningful
collaboration, gaining deep insights into our products and market
while transforming expert knowledge into effective learning

environment.Your Responsibilities Include:
- Design and develop interactive training materials, including
e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content
accuracy and effectiveness.
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create
impactful learning experiences.
- Use multimedia tools and software to enhance training
content.
- Analyze learner feedback and conduct needs assessments to
improve training programs.
- Evaluate and revise existing training materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in
instructional design and learning technologies.What We're Looking
For:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a
related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning,
or training development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced understanding of instructional design models and
evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick's Model).
- Experienced in the use of e-learning authoring tools (e.g.,
Articulate Storyline, Vyond)
- Strong project management skills to handle projects of any size
efficiently.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability
to work collaboratively.
- A creative thinker with a passion for designing engaging
learning experiences.Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced applications using e-learning authoring tools (e.g.,
Articulate Storyline, Vyond).
- Experienced with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Versed in graphic design or video editing software.Requisition
