community, come join ours. About this role We are looking for a
highly analytical and data-driven marketer to join Faire's Growth
Marketing team. This role involves supporting day-to-day management
of our paid search channels, which includes working closely with
the Senior Manager in growing the channel, adjusting campaigns to
hit weekly KPIs, and launching optimization tests to improve
efficiency. The ideal candidate has managed Non-Brand Search and
pMAX campaigns in Google and Microsoft, is meticulous and detail
oriented when monitoring campaign performance, and incorporates AI
into their day-to-day to unlock new levels of efficiency. What
you’ll do Manage paid search campaign execution on Google and
Microsoft and identify optimization opportunities to meet KPIs
focused on scalable and efficient user growth. Track and analyze
key paid marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, etc.)
and provide insights to key stakeholders. Ensure campaigns are
running smoothly, identify any technical or performance issues, and
work cross functionally for swift resolution. Own the keyword feed
implementation in Channable setting up keyword experiments to
create a scalable and simplified program. Launch new campaigns
experiments following a structured roadmap in order to optimize the
full-funnel experience through tactics including (but not limited
to) keywords, ad copy testing, landing page optimization and bid
management. Utilize the latest AI tools and LLMs to rapidly test,
improve operational efficiency, and create new levers for campaign
optimization Qualifications 3-5 years direct, hands-on experience
managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
with a sizable monthly budget. Strong analytical skills and
familiarity with campaign optimization techniques on Search and
PMAX. Proficiency with marketing automation tools for optimizing
and making bulk campaign changes (Google Ads Editor, Channable,
etc.) Understanding of key paid marketing metrics and their impact
on performance. Highly analytical with a structured approach to
solving problems. Proficient in analyzing large datasets through
Excel and/or SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Mode and
Tableau) Experience using AI to automate repetitive marketing
workflows from campaign QA to performance reporting Familiarity
with AB testing and experience launching experiments in Google Ads
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion
for optimizing processes Experience in a two-sided marketplace or
with products aimed at small business owners is a strong plus
Experience in managing a cross-border program is a plus Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, with the
agility and flexibility to balance multiple priorities

solve tedious problems San Francisco: the pay range for this role
is $ 117,000 to $ 160,500 per year. This role will also be eligible
for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based
on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work
experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay
range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the
future. Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days
per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their
choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid
in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4
weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology
positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be
