Process - Product MakingAnalyst you will collaborate with business
partners and customers to identify inefficiencies and continually
improve businessprocesses by breaking down core processes into
specific steps, analyzing cycle time, supporting technology
capabilities. You will assist the organization to better understand
and improve business processes and the interconnectivity across the
broader process framework. Leads or participates in projects
designed to improve quality, reduce errors and design new business
processes. Leverages understanding of end-to-end and
cross-functional business processes to supports management,
operators, work teams, customers and suppliers to gather, document,
and analyze information in order to help optimize business process,
technology, and information flows. What You Will Do: Process
AnalysisIdentifies a desired future state that addresses a business
problem.Continually analyzes process and supporting technology
performance, proactively identifies improvement opportunities that
drive efficiencies or new capabilities to enable the growth of the
business.Leverages various problem-solving methods and tools such
as SIPOC, 5 Why s and Fishbone Analysis to formulate and identify
improvement opportunities.Maintains understanding of the big
picture of the project objectives, broad cross-functional
processes, supporting technology applications and desired
outcomes.Observes current processes and creates flow charts that
break down the process step by step in order to gain a detailed
understanding of the process and model a desired future
state.Promotes data-driven solutions rather than subjective
conjecture.Ensures improvement projects are connected to business
objectives.Conduct surveys, reviews process documentation, analyzes
the information, assesses the risks of various solution options and
prepares recommendations for management.Uses graphs to show process
improvement in highly visible and easily understood visual
forms.Shares best practices methods and ideas, as well as coach and
mentor others.Participates in the development of business case
solutions.Applies standards and best practices by continuously
learning on projects. Project ManagementParticipates in scoping
tasks and projects. Documents product and project scope.Works with
stakeholders to develop scope and phases to meet intended
deadlines.Quantifies tasks and project related resource
requirements on projects. Identifies project risks through the
development cycle.Measures and communicates, in business terms, the
proposed project benefits. Participates in measuring and helping to
communicate solution value and IT contribution to key
stakeholders.Manages medium sized projects and tasks for internal
and 3rd party professionals.Communicates project status and areas
of risk to key project stakeholders.Maintains knowledge of project
management and business analysis tools, principles, practices,
procedures. Relationship and CommunicationBuilds organizational
partnerships effectively engaging and enlisting others.Builds
strong relationships with IT teams and suppliers.Communicates
across multiple constituencies to support project and user adoption
change objectives. Engages key knowledge workers in change
management activities.Presents ideas in a concise and focused
manner. Communicates benefits of solution in business language.
Presents to teams and small audiences.Maintains satisfactory
attendance, to include timeliness.Responsible for understanding and
complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety

equivalency certificate.MBA plus 2 years of business systems and
process analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of
responsibility to include document preparation; OR Bachelor's
degree plus 5 years of business systems and process analysis
experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to
include document preparation; OR Bachelor s degree in Computer
Science, MIS, Math, Operations/Operations Management, Engineering
or Business Administration plus 4 years of business systems and
process analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of
responsibility to include document preparation; OR High School
diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of
business systems and process analysis experience reflecting
increasing levels of responsibility to include document
preparation.Project management experience.Experience working with
stakeholders to develop scope and phases to meet intended
deadlines.Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS Excel at an
intermediate level.Ability to solve practical problems, collecting
data, establishing facts and dealing with a variety of concrete
variables.Experience gathering information through
interviews.Experience communicating complex topics to support
project and organizational change objectives.Experience setting
realistic customer expectations for project delivery (scope,
scheduled, budget) and outcome.Proficient in the use of analytic
tools such as data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets,
flow-charting and process modeling and diagramming. What Will Set
You Apart:MBA plus 3 years of business systems and process analysis
experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to
include document preparation; OR Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of
business systems and process analysis experience reflecting
increasing levels of responsibility to include document
preparation; OR 10 years of business systems and process analysis
experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to
include document preparation; OR Bachelor s degree in Computer
Science, MIS, Math, Operations/Operations Management, Engineering
or Business Administration plus 5 years of business systems and
process analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of
responsibility to include document preparation.Lean Six Black Belt
certification or equivalent work experience.Agile/SCRUM
certification or equivalent work experience.Experience writing
business correspondence, and process documents.Experience in
Process Modeling and Process Framework development.Experience
effectively communicating and presenting information to mid-sized
groups, at all levels of the organization.Experience performing
work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in character,
usually involving limited responsibility, requiring frequent
evaluation, originality or ingenuity.Knows and applies the
fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular
