Job Description:
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for
a Remote Community Engagement Technical Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Assist with the build and submission process surrounding iOS and
Android apps
Keep customer certifications up to date
Troubleshoot, repair, and deploy Apple and Google Play apps
Qualifications for this position include:
Experience working in customer service
Experience preferred with technology, software, and technical
documentation
Experience preferred with the following systems: Apple, Google
Apps, Zendesk, and JIRA
Combined abilities of technical aptitude, project management, and
communication skills
Ability to shift between working independently and
collaboratively
Efficient and detail-oriented, dedicated to streamlining
processes
