The Clinical Supervisor serves as a member of the clinical team providing support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible and accountable to provide services, oversee clinical programs, and monitor staff under his/her supervision.Role ResponsibilitiesComply with all Mandated Reporting Laws and RegulationsRender a minimum of 100 billable hours a month in person or via telehealth when applicableMeet billable standards as defined by the Supervisory Hours Standards policyAssigned minimum of 120 billable hours a month (historical cancellation rate of -20%)Accountable for the submission of reports on-timeAssist with the development and establishment of the clinical services in the regionProvide BCBA supervision to PC's and BCBA internsEnsure that the company's "Zero Tolerance Policy" is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the regionEnsure that Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance is understood, implemented and reinforced in the regionEnsure that the consumers under his/her supervision are receiving their billable servicesProvide clinical consultation including behavior plans and programming to clinical staffProvide parent and employee trainings as need it and approvedProvide written program summaries and progress reports for each individual case prior to deadlines indicated by your supervisorConduct staff meetings and professional development meetings as indicatedProvide feedback to Supervisor regarding instructors on each case.Conduct assessments as assigned by your supervisorEnsure that all hours are being provided to the families with few or no cancellationsCommunicate parental concerns and needs immediately to your supervisorSupervise and monitor assessments assigned from intake to completionConduct Report Review/Revisions Provide case consultation to PC's as neededDirect Case Supervision- carry a case load to meet set billable servicesSubmit timesheets on timetimesheets are to contain parent/client signatures (to be obtained after every in person session with client). The only exception is for non-billable work or if approved by office director (to have di- rector's signature).All parent/client signatures are to be collected and services rendered prior to the timesheet due dateComplete other duties as assigned and approved by your supervisorMaintain telephone contact and a reliable method to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hoursMaintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for the vehicleStand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, walk, & sit/play on floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 401bs without assistance from another adultMust HavesA Master's degreeActive BCBA CertificationExcellent Clinical & Leadership skills2+ years clinical experience including:Direct service with individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and a broad range of agesIndividual client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings (i.e., home, school, community)Report writingExpertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies1+ years supervision experience including:Formal staff training including didactic and in-vivoFormal performance evaluation of more junior staffEvaluation of more junior staff with respect to clinical programming, administrative tasks (e.g., re- port writing, timesheet submission, etc.), direct therapy, and parent training skillsFluency with all Microsoft Office programsFamiliarity with funding provider standards and guidelinesMastery of empirical evidence for all service typesSelf-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management skills & skills to work independently with minimal supervisionHave a professional demeanor, be well-organized, and pay attention to detailDemonstrate skills consistent with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high SES areasMaintain all applicable personal certifications, licenses, professional insurances, TB clearance, etc. up to datePossess his/her own Professional Liability Insurance and name the company as certificate holderComfortable working in homes (studio apt, housing project, etc..) of families with limited resourcesMaintains professional boundaries, professional composure, work well under pressure and politely interact with individuals and families who may be uncooperative or aloofDemonstrates effective communication skills to interact with clients, family members, and agency's staff.What we offerCompetitive compensation (we value transparency) ($80,000K-$90,000K/Salary)$5,000 Sign on BonusRelocation AssistanceStudent loan repayment assistance GRADIFI Monthly Bonus OpportunitiesIn-House CEU Events, plus $1,000 CEU ReimbursementHealth Benefits: Medical, Dental and VisionCompany covers 100% of dental and vision; and 90% of Medical.
