hit double digit ARR by June this year.We're looking for rockstars

working from 9 to 9, six days a week.About the RoleWe're hiring a
Go-To-Market / Revenue Operations Analyst to help drive
data-informed decision-making across Sales and Customer Success.
You'll be instrumental in improving our GTM efficiency, forecasting
growth, and building the operational foundation of our revenue
engine.What You'll Do
- Partner with GTM leaders to analyze performance across the
sales and customer funnel
- Build dashboards, models, and reports to track KPIs (pipeline,
conversion, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.)
- Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota
setting
- Drive operational improvements through tooling, automation, and
process design
- Own and manage GTM systems (CRM, lead routing, attribution,
etc.)
- Identify revenue insights and trends to influence strategic
decisions
- Help define metrics, reporting cadence, and executive-level
updatesWhat We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Strategy, BizOps,
or similar roles in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets expert with working
knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels, and how to
measure and optimize them
- Experience working with or managing CRM systems
- Strong communicator who can translate data into action
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous
