The GM, Commercial Training will manage the global strategy,
development and execution of commercial training for the TTD Sales
Team. As a global leader you will help to shape and drive the
mission, vision, and development of this business-critical function
alongside global operations, marketing and product peers. As a
visionary and builder you will be charged with recruiting and
leading the team required to support the commercial teams' learning
needs including onboarding, upskilling and ensuring successful
retention of new commercial content, case studies and product
capabilities. You will build and execute a comprehensive view of
what success looks like for our learners and a robust strategy for
measuring and driving success within that context.
