Sales Support Representative Responsibilities: Handle all interactions between customers and clients Work directly with customers daily in order to guarantee excellent service on the spot and be hands on for any necessary explanations. Increasing sales by staying up to date on new services being offered and promotions Develop proposals, sales strategies, and presentations that correlate to customer needs and desires Manage time in an efficient manner and answer customer questions efficiently Attend weekly meetings on product training Establish a solid, constructive working relationship to help each other reach goals and increase production
