Wireless Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of wireless products, plans, and promotions to assist customers accurately and confidently Deliver excellent service by educating customers, answering questions, and recommending the right wireless solutions for their needs Represent major telecommunications brands in a professional, friendly, and trustworthy manner Open new customer accounts, process transactions, and help with service upgrades, plan changes, and activations Engage with customers to resolve issues, drive sales, and improve customer satisfaction Maintain brand standards and ensure all communications align with expectations
